“Don’t call it a comeback… I been here for years…” It’s only fitting that I’m getting ear-wormed with L.L. Cool J., circa 1990, as I’m carving berms and boosting doubles through Southern California chaparral. The third-generation Niner Rip 9 has got me feeling nostalgic for a few reasons. They've pushed headlong into the market with high-end flat and clip-in (clipless) pedals that come in a vast array of colors so you can take your style game up a notch. The T1 clip-inpedals are more than bling, though. They bring stellar engagement, low weight, and a versatile platform to the plate to keep your ride powerful, efficient, and controlled.
